One-To-One
Coaching

As a team member, you will also receive personal guidance and mentorship from Richard. He will share his experiences with you and guide you along your journey to becoming a successful property agent.
On-The-Job Training
Richard believes in leading by example, and his training methods are largely hands-on. New members will undergo an apprenticeship, where they accompany Richard to conduct viewings, and get to learn and practice with him, before going out on their own. This combines practical application with classroom-like teaching instruction, and ensures that recruits are fully prepared to go on their own
