For the past few years, Richard Tan Division has been hosting their mid-yea party together to celebrate the team's achievements for the first half of the year. Besides the celebrations, RTD rejuvenates to start the second half of the year with positive momentum.
The mid-year party is a great occasion for the family, as we can get together to bond amidst our busy schedules. With a sumptuous spread, we enjoy one another's company, followed by an evening filled with fun activities like karaoke and games.
This year, our gathering wasn't just about our successes we have had so far, but also to celebrate another huge milestone for Richard Tan Division:
The merger of two established and successful teams, Richard Tan & Garry & Kelly Divisions.
The idea of the merger came about when Richard, Garry and Kelly, all Consistent Top Achievers and respected leaders discovered that they had complementing strengths and visions for helping their agents to become consistently successful.

The mid-year party was graced by our leaders, Ismail Gafoor, CEO PropNex Limited and Lim Yong Hock, KEO, with Kelvin Fong, Executive Director sending a heartfelt message through a video.
They both spoke of the drive and successes of both divisions, and looked forward to the new opportunities and support that both divisions will now be able to offer to all of their agents.
We were also grateful for our industry partners who joined us in the celebrations and reaffirmed the strong relations we have with them!
