The Richard Tan Division are a close knit family that prides itself as a family that shares its success. Helping and sharing wholeheartedly are common characteristics of the team. With the team proficient in all real estate asset classes, new teammates are able to consult the team should they need assistance and guidance. RTD CULTURE
1/ Trusting One Another
Trust is a very important ingredient in the RTD. It is the bedrock of the team's success and all in the team places great importance to it. From the onset, Richard emphasis on the need for trust among all team members. Leading by example, he shares all his experience, knowledge and strategies openly among his team. This practice continues in the team and team members will experience it from the very start.

2/ Sharing Sessions
Working together is a natural extension of trust, with teammates assisting and guiding one another. By working together, all are able to benefit from one another's insight and strengths. Richard believes that the team needs to work hard and smart together. For examples, during sharing sessions, everyone will share their experience and the team derive strategies for the dynamic real estate market. Working together, the team accelerates their path to achieving success.
3/ CELEBRATING TOGETHER AS ONE
When the team has achieved its goals and objectives, everyone celebrates as one family. This makes celebrations very memorable and to constantly look forward to. Richard encourages the team to celebrate without inhibitions as success needs to be celebrated for it to occur time and again. This has formed the culture of the team, where everyone looks forward to the next celebration in excitement.

GKD + RTD CNY Lunch 2020
GKD and RTD held their CNY 2020 celebrations to usher in the Year of the Rat as a family for good health, wealth and prosperity. The lunch event was held at the popular Hive Café with teammates dressed in red to huat together!
